Need proper links in qqq

a tag is disabled on MediaWiki and the result is quite catastrophic: commons:File:IHRIS-qqq.png. Please convert HTML links to wikitext external links.

Hi Sovello, I mean that IMHO as a translator it would be nice if the message/string comments aka message documentation (qqq) used wikimarkup. That is, instead of:

I'd like to have

which is equally readable (if not more) on a code comment and displays nicely as

modules/CustomReports/modules/PieChart/templates/en_US/customReports_display_control_PieChart.html

here on wiki.
