one message - two usages?

Admin.definenewLoanproduct ("Define new Loan product") This message seems to be in use on two different pages 1) Mifos → Admin → Manage Loan products → Define new Loan product, and 2) Mifos → Admin → Manage Loan products → View Loan products → Define new Loan product. The second usage is part of a patchwork message and should not start with a capital letter. If this is really the case we should have two messages instead of one.

For the second case, instead of two separate messages, would calling a function to the uncap first letter work? So "... make changes or Define a new Loan product" becomes "... make changes or define a new Loan product".

Of course not! :) Duplication trumps changing input always in case of localisation.
