Ok, I was looking at it and maybe one of the following two would be a better choice. One is a very small adaption to yours.

  1. Thank you for validating your email address {0}. Your account is now active.
  2. Thanks for validating your email address {0}. Your account has been activated.

I think a combination of both seems to be the best solution: "Thank you for validating your email address {0}. Your account has been activated." I have a feeling that "Thanks" is too léger for mass usage. However I am not native ...
