Help requested for Arabic translations

Help requested for Arabic translations

Heiya, there is a pull request at GitHub for strings that cannot be translated via translatewiki.net. Since the changes would be breaking it will be nice if you could have a look if these are acceptable given the rationale provided by the author. This is the diff and it will be great if you could comment.

Hi. Sorry for the late reply. I replied on GitHub. By the way, you can get a faster response by contacting me on English or Arabic Wikipedias. I am generally more active on Wikipedia than here.
