I'm not interested in finger pointing. Please make portal:diq clearer on what language one is supposed to use, and propose an alternative for those who don't want to use that language.

We want to zza or zz code. diq.wikipedia.org open, maybe kiu. Wikipedia.org and zza.wikipedia.org also opened next time
