Rails plurals

Fragment of a discussion from User talk:Piramidion

@Nike: doesn't the order of parameters itself indicate the use of parameters? The link you provided doesn't address this issue and doesn't give any answers either.

For this file format, the named parameters are mandatory.

For Rails file format? If so, please add this information to the help page on plural use you provided the link to. I'll fix the translations later, thanks.

@Nike: is this translation correct? According to the link you provided, we must use all the defined parameters, even if the messages are identical in all the plural forms. Is that correct? Because I don't know if I should fix such messages as well. The same is for the other cases when the "few" and "many" parameters are identical – should I include them in spite of that fact?

@Nike: seemingly you didn't receive the last ping. Can you please answer? Cause I don't know what to do, and cannot properly fix all the translations.

Piramidion (talk)12:39, 16 August 2016

I saw it but I don't know the answer on top of my head and I haven't had time to do research.

Nike (talk)13:00, 16 August 2016

I'm fixing everything: even if this is not needed, it won't do any harm, I guess. But it's a fairly useless job, especially in messages like this edit 6958745 which shouldn't be using plural at all.
