How would I do that?  :-( seems not to work on several hosts.  man ssh-add does not enlighten me enough.

$ ssh-add -t 600 ~/.ssh/id_rsa
Could not open a connection to your authentication agent.
$

I don't know. I just type "ssh-add" on my machine.
