Dual for bat-smg

Hi Zordsdavini. We have added support for dual in bat-smg. In messages that support {{PLURAL}} you can use {{plural:x|singular|dual|plural}}, where singular is -1 or 1, dual is 2 and plural is any other number. If the message supports plural, the usage is {{PLURAL:$n|vāks|vāko|vāku|vāka}}, where n is number of numeric variable. – Nike 15:32, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
