Приветствую!

Вы откатили несколько моих правок, в которых я поменял у/ү на рга/ргә. Я это сделал потому, что эти сообщения используются не как самостоятельные надписи на кнопках/ссылках (в которых предпочтительны формы на у/ү), а в составе длинных предложений типа "ххх хокукыгыз юк". Насколько я понимаю, "бу бәхәс битен төзәргә хокукыгыз юк" правильнее чем "бу бәхәс битен төзү хокукыгыз юк". Или я ошибаюсь?

Да, но здесь предпочтительнее будет использовать в краткой форме "төзү", т.к. по значению она ближе к "создавать", а слово "төзергә" по смыслу это "строить". Хотя стоит отметить, что все зависит от контекста предложения.
