I am asking you to give me the offline translator flag. I reviewed the Mantis translation and I found some discrepancy on the translation (words severity, custom, monitor). As the web interface does not contain the feature of limit the translated messages to containing an expression, I downloaded the translation and edited the .po file. And I' stuck on sending it back. If there is no possibility to give me the permision, please give mi the possibility to send you once the file other way.

Translating:Offline: "For first time submissions, please compress your gettext file and e-mail it to "translatewiki AT translatewiki DOT net" referencing your translatewiki.net user name. Your first submission will be imported by a staff member."
