This should go into bugzilla: to get wider attention.

By the way, inserting a "→ " programmatically in front of the message is not a good practice. According to these suggestions:

• symbols, colons, brackets, etc. are parts of messages, and
• do not expect symbols and punctuation to survive translation,

the arrow should become part of the message text.
