MediaWiki messages missing from translatewiki.net Echo and Upload form

"Browse..." and "No file selected" are part of browser's implementation, so we can do nothing about it...

Japanese has the same problem. That has nothing to do with "Browse..." and "No file selected".

The issue with the "time ago" messages in the notifications extension is being investigated - see Thread:Support/The_time_phrase_in_Mediawiki_gadget_Echo and bugzilla bugzilla:54731.
