Message groups missing from translation tool list
Usability issue with finding message groups
I can't find the message groups "Wikibase - Client", "Wikibase - Lib" and "Wikibase - Repo" listed on the translation tool. Any reason?
Where exactly? I see them in Special:Translate with TUX, and also in Special:LanguageStats, except that on the latter I had to click on two separate "Extensions used by Wikimedia - Main" (?!). Same fore you?
Lloffiwr, are you searching at Special:Translate or at Special:LanguageStats?
I searched on Special:LanguageStats, and clicked expand on MediaWiki and MediaWiki Extensions. I could find Wikibase - Solr and not the others.
It's further down: Expand MediaWiki -> MediaWiki Extensions -> Extensions used by Wikimedia -> Extensions used by Wikimedia - Main.
OK now I've got it - thanks for the hints. In Special:LanguageStats you have to click on MediaWiki, then MediaWiki Extensions, then scroll down to Extensions used by Wikimedia and click on that, then scroll down again to Extensions used by Wikimedia - Main and then click on that! I seem to remember that these sub-groups used to be listed directly under their 'parent' group so that they were easy to spot. Now I have to remember all the moves, and as you can plainly see, I'm not succeeding!
In the new Special:Translate, you have to click on Message group All then put the message group name in the search box. That's nice and simple when you know how!
