User:Nike or User:Amire80, could you please review and update it. I see there are use cases like "Estonian Wikipedia, Meta-Wiki and Wikimedia Commons" below this text. This pretty much embeds the project name in a sentence, contrary to standalone use. (Which in turn, at least for Estonian translations, makes capitalization of project name messages problematic as some use cases are standalone headers and some are in a sentence.)

Sounds like a bug: the project names were not meant to be used in a list, as far as I know. I suggest to report it in the Echo component so that its developers can either stop this usage or document it.
