I would like to get admin rights here in order to maintain pywikibot Translation. I am pywikibot developer have found out, that some translations are wrong and have to be deleted here.

Xqt, wrong in what way? We usually delete only the translations which have to be removed from the repository as well, e.g. because they're in the wrong language. If this is the case you have in mind, I'll flag you, so that it's easier to coordinate with your merges on the repo.

Normally if I find wrong translations for pywikibot I revert or fuzzify them. On the other hand we have some entities which are more L10N than i18n and lead to misfunctions of the bots. In this case it's better to delete them from the repository.
