Is it OK now? I have copied the language name from above to the message.

Perhaps the wikitext doesn't work for Chechen because the language names used in the wikitext are taken from CLDR? Chechen doesn't yet have a locale at CLDR (see list of locales at CLDR). That would be another very big job for you - to start a locale for ce at CLDR.
