This message is not well translatable with our current software. As already mentioned elsewhere, we need a GRAMMAR-like switch, since translations differ depending on the language. Few examples, translated back to English:
- Translation to the language: Esperanto
- Translation to the
language: Tocharic language - Translation to
the language: the language of Nauru
Yes, we can get along with a brief "translation to $1" (no colon) like approach, but that is poor at times, and grammatically incorrect in only few instances. So this is not an urgent problem, but one to keep on the list. It might be one to be better solved per CLDR.

I agree, and I am working on a way to make it all more natural as a pet project. Expect interesting news about it in the next few weeks.
