Adding the parameter with user's name would be helpful for gender-alization of EP messages in Czech language.

- female version: Byla jste úspěšně odhlášena z kurzu!
- so code would be like: {{GENDER:$1|Byl|Byla}} jste úspěšně odhlášen{{GENDER:$1||a}} z kurzu!
That was fixed; do any of the other messages also need GENDER on the second person pronoun, singular?
