Translating:MediaWiki#Translation_guidelines.

Hi there,

Should subpages to Special: pages be translated? To make it more concrete, in MediaWiki:Fancycaptcha-sendemail the link is "Special:Captcha/help" should "/help" be translated into Swedish (i.e. "/hjälp")? In any case it would be good to give that information in the message documentation.

Namespaces and special pages are never translated in links. IIRC this is covered in Localisation guidelines.
