We do not support localisation for MediaWiki extensions that are developed outside of gerrit.wikimedia.org.

Uh. It has been a long while. We know support GitHub extensions. Please let us know if you are still interested and we can set it up. Though, I see there hasn't been any updates to the extension in three years, so is it still maintained?
