CLDR rules for Breton on translatewiki.net

The CLDR plural rules for Breton downloaded to the translate extension (rule S) is different to the rule listed at CLDR itself. Needs fixing?

I assume it has changed, just run the cldr-to-yaml script to update it.

Doesn't have great documentation. It has some prerequisites that are unknown to me.

It has
