Written in Latin Alphabet and Sindarin's Tengwar.

It seems unlikely to support the Tengwar script (ISO 15924: Teng), because it's not included in Unicode?

Included but is there any font support?

No, unicode is not support Tengwar. Only any font (for now...).

Which script would be used for translations? Translations should not be in mixed scripts.

Only Latin used in https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:PrefixIndex/Wp/sjn/ but we're not enabling new fictional languages.
