OPEN This issue is open, waiting for action

Please revoke his translation rights by next reasons:

  • using machine translations
  • inappropriate behaviour in the talkpage (deleting messages from other users).

This leads to mass creation of incorrect new translations and to the corruption of existing translations.

Done. I've also blocked the user for one year because they were disruptive beyond translations.
