I was going to submit a patch but those come from CLDR... Are they wrong in all cases or just here? They're still like that in CLDR 24, if you ask Amir or Santhosh they can create you an account and in due time you should be able to edit [1] (or similar URL). If they're not wrong in general, please submit a bug explaining why we should override CLDR and lowercase the first letter, it needs some explanation.

How about the languages which don't have a CLDR locale yet - won't the time (ago) use the fallback?
