German translations

I will make sure that German translation gets enabled in Mifos in next release.

I have created the issue on issue tracker http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-5215

You will be able to verify that on our test server once the issue is resolved. http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos

Hi ugupta, thank you for dealing with this. I takes quite some effort to do the translations so it was very disappointing not to see it included. I will check the current German translations as they are available on the test server. Cheers

I am glad to share that German translation has been release with Mifos 2.2.2, and the issue is resolved.
