Project map

Hi all. This map of translator locations is the only live map I've seen on any of the Wiki family. Can you please tell me where does the map come from? Meta? I've searched for years to no avail! I would like to use it o Wikipedia cy (Welsh) to visually show the locations of all round cairns. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know I'm posting in the wrong place, and I apologise. It's produced by a combination of Maps and Semantic Maps extensions.
