"The name "Wikimedia Commons" is a trademark in English, and must not be translated." But although a little unlikely, if there's really a country which also registered "translation(s) of Wikimedia Commons" as trademark(s), then where should we clarify that case?

Yes.

I wrote this qqq under the assumption that "Wikimedia Commons" is a trademark only when written in English like this. This assumption is probably correct, but if anybody has a good reason to think that it isn't, then the qqq must be changed accordingly. I am not a lawyer :)
