I am a mediawiki contributor and currently I am preparing a proposal for improving translations search. It would be really helpful if you could give me your valuable feedback to improve search for translations [link]. Thank you for your time.

Olá GTNS, de onde é que vem esse termo "peça de autenticação"?

Olá Hamilton. Retirei o termo "peça" desta página. Inicialmente, pensei em deixar em inglês ("token"), tal como a tradução em português do Brasil, mas achei melhor usar o que já estava definido no nosso portal. No entanto, se achar melhor, por favor altere essa a palavra.

Uma "authentication token" é uma coisa destas e designa-se por "chave de autenticação". Também encontrarás:

• access token, chave de acesso
• login token, chave de entrada
• request token, chave de pedido
• session token, chave de sessão
• subscription token, chave de subscrição

etc. Abraço

OK, obrigado pelo esclarecimento. Irei ter o termo "chave" em atenção em traduções futuras.
