I request bureaucrat and admin rights
Hello, I'd like to get bureaucrat and admin rights, as a note i am active in Persian Community and I'd have a manage there, next I'd like to able to see admin tools to know which translations needs to fix, already there is bureaucrat in Persian Community he is inactive as far as i know, i preferred to request this private to Siebrand but he told me to request here, I'd like him to check my request, and i know may reject my request, thank you
i am not all inactive and it's false accusation , i regularly check here , to help with possible request and translation issues , it seems this request is premature and user is almost new to wiki , he is enthusiastic but he needs to be more around

The user seems very active from the end of November 2010, while Mard hadn't done a single edit from the end of July, 2010. I also assume he regularly check here, but nothing in the log though. Besides, we can always welcome the enthusiasm of a new editor. Kind regards,
