Is it in 10^3 or 2^10 bytes?

kilobytes, as the qqq indicates. If that's denoted incorrectly, please suggest improvement. As for kilobyte vs. kibibyte, that's unneeded nitpicking.

I'd like to decide myself what is nitpicking and what is a good quality translation.

Whatever you want, Sir :).

Right now I would really enjoy a piece of voileipäkakku. Thanks. :)

Most likely this is 2^10 (kibibytes?), per common convention... however be warned at the moment this string is unused.
