Biographies of living people, it's en.wiki jargon. I guess there are more messages to mark optional in this en.wiki-only extension...

Ah, thank you for your information. I believe that this extension has the potential to grow beyond enwiki. I think it may be a very good thing specially for small wikis, too. Because of this I do not think that this should be optional, but better documented. Thus I will add an /qqq Cheers

All the other tags were marked optional because they were just en.wiki templates which don't work elsewhere, I don't know if the same applies here or not....
