Is this tool alive?

https://tools.wmflabs.org/crosswatch/ is the URL on the page, but it doesn't work. User:Nemo, any idea?

I'm not sure about the tool hosted on Toolforge (cf. phab:T144083), but I see the code is used elsewhere as well: phab:T217509.

All the translation units need

• parameters appearance as used on translatewiki-net
• plural and gender support of parameters (user, page, date etc.)

Please! The tool itself is great! But it's rather hard to translate it

The tool uses one of those fashionable frameworks which make the first thing impossible and don't bother to allow the second, so this might be very hard.
