Support

Hi Drini. Welcome to translatewiki.net!

You can now start translating.

You should also check the portal for your language, the link is in the sidebar. Other useful pages are linked in the menu next to this message.

Your translations are transferred to the standard product every few days or every few weeks, depending on the product. Please notice that it may take longer before you see your translation in the actual product.

We wish you a productive and pleasant stay. Please leave any questions on Support (the link is also available on any page, in the navigation sidebar). Cheers!

26 translators and Spanish still in pretty bad shape

Hi. I am writing a nosy note to all Spanish translators. This is because I see that 26 users have got translator rights for Spanish, and the Spanish localisation for many of the products we have at Betawiki is still in quite an awful shape. I am wondering if you have any ideas why this could be? We usually see here that a locale can be flourishing when only a handful of translators are working on it, or even just one or two. If you think I can help out somewhere, please let me know. I would also urge you to take responsibility, and make an effort you raise the completeness and quality of the Spanish localisation for the products that we have here. You can talk with your fellow Spanish translators on Portal_talk:Es, and general support requests can be asked on Support. I hope to see many contributions and/or ideas by you soon. Cheers! Feedback request

Hi,

I am working to add new features to Search Translations (link) and would like your feedback on the same. I have an idea of a new feature, called "text search with autosuggest" through which you can specify your search filters in the search box itself (apart from the UI), and also have autosuggest to show the possible values for the filter options. An example is this.

Please write a comment here about what you think of this feature. Also here you may read about the other improvements that are planned.

Thank you and I shall be waiting for your feedback.
