Getting all MediaWiki core messages for Latvian translated
Hi Marozols. I have written this message to you and three other recently active Latvian translators. I was surprised checking from activity on Latvian and seeing 4 active translators, with a relatively poor localisation level for Latvian (61% of MediaWiki core translated - 919 untranslated). I was wondering if you wouldn't mind my giving you guys a little wake up call and trying to get you guys to get going and complete that little work in front of you. Divided over the four of you, putting in three hours each should get the job done. I hope that you will be able to put that time in soon. Thank you for your efforts! Sveiks! Kādas ir Tavas domas šī termina tulkošanā? It kā jau pareizi būtu "iežurnāle": http://lv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ie%C5%BEurn%C4%81le Tā kā tas ir pārāk mazlietots vārds, varbūt labāk ņemt jau esošos Vikipēdijā lietotos terminus? Lai gan to ir diezgan daudz: ieiešana, došanās iekšā, ielogošanās...
Diez kas jau nav ar to iežurnāli — skatos, ka rakstu ir izveidojis kāds anonīms lietotājs 2005. gadā un kopš tā laika nekas nav mainīts. Ja šo tiešām grib lietot, tad labāk vismaz būtu teikt iežurnalēties. Internetā pieejamajās vārdnīcās to gan nevar atrast, toties ir pieteikties un pieslēgties:

Es nezinu cik šie termini ir izplatīti, bet man pašam šķiet, ka vislabāk būtu vienkārši lietot ieiet, jo tas ir latvisks, skaidrs, īss un viegli izrunājams vārds. Var arī uzprasīt Papuasam vai latviešu Vikipēdijas kopienas portālā.
