Nie rozumiem jaki cel przyświecał powyższej zmianie i jej podobnym. Obecnie komunikat wygląda jak kalka wersji anglojęzycznej. W środku zdania występują wielkie litery i znak odejmowania.
Taka jest oficjalna nazwa licencji, sprawdź proszę jej nazwę na oficjalnej stronie http://creativecommons.org.
Oficjalna nazwa jest w języku angielskim, a to jest tylko tłumaczenie zrobione przez kogoś, kto tłumaczył dosłownie, bez zachowania zasad polskiej pisowni.
To jest oficjalne tłumaczenie, jakim posługuje się organizacja Creative Commons; my nie możemy zmieniać tej nazwy, bowiem powstanie po prostu galimatias, który nie będzie nikomu dobrze służyć.
To nie jest dokument urzędowy żeby miał oficjalne tłumaczenie. Licencję rozpoznaje się pod skrócie, a tłumaczenie nazwy ma być pomocą w zrozumieniu co to jest za licencja. Błędy należy poprawiać, a nie powielać, zrzucając odpowiedzialność na kogoś innego. Inaczej można dojść do wniosku, że w ogóle nie warto tłumaczyć, bo oficjalne komunikaty są po angielsku, który i tak większość ludzi zna. Najlepiej będzie poprawić błędy u źródła, czyli na stronie CC.
