Probably "Wikimedia Foundation". Support for this extension should probably be dropped as I don't think it's ever been used, or will ever be used again.

I believe it is now. Found a message with full spelling out of "WikiMedia Foundation". Thanks for the hint, got it.

This was a one-time extension used for some contests of the Technical department, I don't know whether it will be used again (should we ask Erik?).

It is installed on mediawiki.org and it was used in the past. I don't know how succesful it was and I don't know whether it will be used in the future.
