The context here is the translation of a wikipedia article. I don't think we have translations. It is just the current page translation.

This message was borrowed from Translate. Maybe more natural in this context is a simple "Your translation has not been saved".

My original suggestion would have been "You have an unsaved translation." but Nemo's suggestion definitely sounds more natural.
