New translation for pjt

If I understand correctly, this is a translation for a language that is not currently supported. To have that in Babel, someone needs to create a patch in gerrit to add it manually.

It's very easy to add it, but is it only for adding it to the Babel box? Or is there anybody who actually plans to translate it? And is there anybody who actually has this in their Babel box?

I don't know of anyone who plans to translate an interface. I made this request for a Babel box on a WMF project.
