最近留意到台湾地区将OpenStreetMap一词本身翻译成zh-hant“開放街圖”，于是我感觉是否也能在zh-hans下贯彻台湾的这一译法，称作“开放街图”？

“开放街图”感觉太不妥，大陆没有“街图”一说，且定名称本来就是极慎重之事。若您想确定项目名，我觉得不妨在talk-cn@openstreetmap.org发起讨论，可能会更好。
