Hi Shinjiman. Welcome to Betawiki. Before you can use Special:Translate, and Special:Magic, please request translator rights at Betawiki:Translators. Please create a user page on which you describe which language(s) you will be working on. If you are going to be an active user here, please also add your name to the languages you will be working on at Translating:Languages. For an overview of the languages that are being worked on here, you can have a look at Translating:Developer log. Other useful pages can be Support and Import requests.
Once you have started translating, please remember to often request a commit of your translation work at Translating:Tasks. This makes the number of changes easier to handle for the devs.
I wish you a productive and pleasant stay. Cheers! SPQRobin 13:50, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
My bad, sorry. I fixed it right away. Cheers! Siebrand 07:43, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
Hi,我針對 zh-hant 修改了其中的一些用詞,並且替換掉一些我覺得有待修改的翻譯,製成了 zh-tw 。今日正式加入這邊,新手上路,若有些規矩不懂,還請指教 :) --BobChao 18:24, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
感謝關心,我們另一邊有個 wiki-beta 網站是最新版的 mediawiki,舊的站在協調後會將內容整個 import 進新站。 :) --BobChao (Talk to me!) 05:05, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
Hi, Shinjiman.
As you probably know, in Betawiki, there is a group of MediaWiki messages considered essential for a minimum localization to any language. That group is called MediaWiki core message (most used). When a language reaches at a translation level of at least 98% of these messages, it is considered to have the essential localization. As of end of March, there were 95 of the 311 languages at this level and it would be great the increase that number further. As Classical Chinese is currently at 95.72%, very little effort would be needed to reach 98%, or even better, 100%. Therefore, I would like to invite you to complete the missing translations and make Classical Chinese be part of the list of essentialy localized languages.
Thanks for your attention and best regards, Malafaya 14:12, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

You suddenly vanished into thin air... Miss you! Siebrand 16:29, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
If you can get me a list of page names, I can put SieBot to work, so that you do not have to do everything by hand... Siebrand 17:54, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
Hi Shinjiman. The localisations for zh-hans, zh-hant and yue still have a lot of fuzzy tags. Could you please clean those up?
If additional check blacklist entries have to be made, please let me known. If the current message is OK, please just remove the !!FUZZY!! marking and save. Cheers! Siebrand 19:34, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
The original string ({{GENDER:你|妳|你}}) is completely incorrect. It means getting the gender of User:你. And I'm not sure whether "妳" is correct. --Liangent 03:38, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
