We have introduced new features in Search Translations. Please read about it in phabricator or test wiki. It would be really helpful if you could give us some feedback about the new features in Search Translations.

Ciao, ti segnalo che nella discussione Thread:Portal talk:It/Linee guida per le traduzioni in italiano stiamo provando a stabilire delle linee guida comuni per le traduzioni in italiano, almeno per quanto riguarda MediaWiki e le sue estensioni. Non sono state ancora accettate ma c'è comunque un discreto accordo sul seguire questi consigli. Come puoi leggere nel paragrafo "Rivolgersi all'utente", in italiano è sconsigliato rivolgersi direttamente all'utente. Espressioni nel messaggio originale inglese come "please" oppure "sorry" dovrebbero essere ignorate in italiano (o al massimo tradotte con "si prega di..."), quindi un edit come questo secondo me non sarebbe corretto.
Inoltre nella pagina User:Darth Kule/terminology ho iniziato a riportare alcuni consigli per le traduzioni, se vuoi puoi contribuire e anche intervenire nella discussione che linkata sopra.
