MediaWiki:Visualeditor-cite-tool-definition.json/tw and other messages that end ".json" shouldn't be translated, as they are actually computer code :)

Thanks for bringing this up. It should be ignored. It's already reported as a bug: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T183678

This message: MediaWiki:Visualeditor-clipboard-cut/tw has the same message as "copy", so I assume one of them is incorrect :)
