User talk:Muisha wiki hke
Hi Muisha wiki hke. Welcome to translatewiki.net!
You can now start translating.
You should also check the portal for your language, the link is in the sidebar. Other useful pages are linked in the menu next to this message.
Your translations are transferred to the standard product every few days or every few weeks, depending on the product. Please notice that it may take longer before you see your translation in the actual product.
We wish you a productive and pleasant stay. Please leave any questions on Support (the link is also available on any page, in the navigation sidebar). Cheers!

Kihunde translation
Hi!
Welcome to translatewiki :)
I've added a list of links to your user page under the title "Links for Kihunde". I recommend going through that list item by item from top to bottom, and translating each item completely.
If you are working with friends, I recommend that each of you picks a different item in the list and complete it.
Please ask me or the Support page if you have any questions. Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 19:26, 3 July 2024 (UTC)
Namespace translations
Hello!
It's great to see your translation activity in Hunde!
There’s another small task that needs translating: the namespace names. They can’t be translated directly on translatewiki, but if you provide the translations here, I'll handle it for you.
See explanations here: Translating:MediaWiki#Translating namespace names
Just reply to this message with the translations, or fill in the following table. Thank you!

- Hello @Muisha wiki hke: There are a few questions from User:Amire80 about translations you have provided.
- * In the current translations on https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Translate?filter=translated&action=page&language=hke&group=mediawiki, "specia" is always written as "kahiye" and not "kahǐye". Could you verify what should be the correct translation?
- * In existing translations for "Talk", it is "neena" or "Mushambalo", and never "Kishambalo". This applies to all the other translations of talk namespaces here. The translation here may be correct, but then the translations in translatewiki should be corrected. "Talk" is a very common concept in wikis, and it's important to get it correctly translated from the start.
- * About the translation for "User", "Mukolesa" is used in several translated messages, but others use "muandiki" (which probably means "writer"), "Yarakolesa", or something else. This should be consistent.
- * About the translation for "MediaWiki Talk", is "kuluenda" correct here and in the message after it? In the messages earlier, it's "kya" or "kwa". It's quite possible that it's correct and that's what the grammar requires, but would like to double check as it might be harder to fix it later.
- * About the translation for word category, as this appears in some current translations as "alutabi", wanted to check what should be correct translation for consistency. Srishakatux (talk) 19:56, 27 November 2024 (UTC)
