Gurmukhi translation uses بھاشاواں, I think this is a better fit, especially since right now there is a mix of words being used. They are not that different, but بھاشاواں I see more in the context of reference material and other software seems to use this more (the language settings on Android uses this for example.)
Hello Abbas dhothar,
Pleased to meet you. My name is Uzoma; I am a Community Relations Specialist supporting the WMF Inuka Team. I am contacting you because we, the Inuka team, would want you to help us translate the Wikipedia KaiOS app interface.
We believe that translating this page is very important because there is a high usage of the Wikipedia KaiOS app in India. The app will be of good use to more people if we fully translate the Western Punjabi language interface. Below is the link to the page:
We will really appreciate your help with translating the page above.
Thank you for your help!
Hi!
Thanks a lot for your recent translations to Western Punjabi!
I added to your user page User:Abbas dhothar a list of projects that are recommended for translation for improved Wikipedia experience. Towards the end of the list there's also a link to a blog post I wrote with some tips for efficient translation.
I hope you find it useful! :)
